The Knights Remember

The members of the Knights of Columbus and parishioners of the Church of Our Lady remembered the fallen members of Council #11188 during the 9:00am Sunday Mass on November 6th.  Grand Knight, Rob de Santos, read the names of the deceased members and family members or friends were invited to come up and receive a carnation in honor of their loved one.  A Fourth Degree Honor Guard was present and participated in a wreath laying ceremony by the statue of Blessed Mary immediately after the Mass.

Fall Back Fun #2 at COOL on November 5th

Fall Back Fun at Church of Our Lady

Fall Back Party at COOL Most people think the end of Daylight Savings Time is a great way to catch up on an extra hour of sleep. "Spring forward" and "Fall back" - Get it? We think it’s a great opportunity to spend that time having fun with our COOL Family!  The Fall Back party is back for a second year.

Kick up your heels. Hang out with old friends and make new ones. Enjoy some libations.

  • Dancing and singing – Our DJs, Craig Segbers and Paul Mitchell, will again be spinning your favorite dance tunes. There’s karaoke and they take requests, too.
  • Food and Drink – Snacks, pop, and water will be provided. Bring your favorite appetizer or dessert to share. Feel free to BYOB (alcoholic beverage). There will be a machine for strawberry slushies to enjoy or mix with your favorite libation.
  • Games and Prizes – This year’s game will be Name That Tune. Teams can be up to 5 people, $5 to enter a team. There will be cash prizes for the winning team. We will again have 2 drawings for $50/$50 which paid out over $200! You can also win other great prizes just for being there.
  • Babysitting – Need help with the little ones so you can have some adult time? COOL teens will be providing babysitting in the PSR room at COOL. There are 10 slots available. Please make reservations when you purchase your tickets. Donations for the babysitters are appreciated.

November 5th, 7:00 - 11:00 PM
Tickets $10 per person.  Tickets available after all masses at COOL or at the door. Teenagers will be invited, high school age and up.
