Bettye Fair

Please pray for the Repose of the Soul of Bettye Fair. She passed away November 4th, and her funeral Mass will be Saturday, Dec. 3rd at 11:00. 

Bettye Jo Fair, 67, mother, sister and resident of Columbus, Ohio, passed away in her home November 4th, 2023. Bettye was a graduate of Columbus East High school and then continued on to obtain her cosmetology license from Ohio State board of cosmetology. She was known as a pillar in the community with her big-hearted personality and bright smile. We will forever remember her as the “Holiday Girl”, because she loved to host holiday functions.
 
Bettye is preceded in death by her loving mother Dolores Fair, son Markus Fair and brother Sylvester Fair Jr. Bettye is survived by children Shannon Fair of Columbus and Jordan Fair of Chicago Illinois, siblings Teresa Moody, Sheila (Percy) Jackson, Jayme Fair, all of Columbus; Duncan (Dorothy) Fair of Delaware Ohio, Kimberly Fair of Columbus, Bryan Fair of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Mark (Michele) Fair of Columbus and Brett (Charisse) Austin of Canal Winchester, Ohio. She is also survived by best friend Kimberly Williams a host of nieces, nephews, friends and adoptive children.
 
The family invites friends for a celebration of life on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, 11AM at Church of our Lady 5225 Refugee Rd Columbus, Ohio 43232.
