IMPORTANT! PICNIC INFO

In light of the weather forecast, we are going to plan on an INSIDE event in Don Ross Hall at 5:30 tomorrow.  Tommy is bringing the grill up to just outside DR Hall, (by the maintenance room entrance.)I’ll bring my canopy so Larry and Steve will be covered.  There is chicken thawing now… I will put it in the fridge to marinate in spices over night. Father also found large hot dogs, and a box of burgers.  So we have plenty of meat. I found a bunch of plates and napkins. The knights said we can use their cooler…I’m plugging it in tonight.  Rea said she’ll bring ice. We need another couple cases of water and some assorted sodas… regular and diet.  I’m trying to find another DJ to cover my show tonight so I can do some work in the kitchen in DR Hall.  Washing up some pans, seasoning chicken etc… I intend to be here tonight and then again tomorrow at 1pm. We will still have cornhole inside, bubbles, cards, karaoke and more!Amazon is bringing red checkered table covers tonight!!  (I love decorations!)
